At DDS we stand behind our work 100% and your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. In the unlikely event you need to return a repaired handpiece under warranty, please note the following information. Warranty returns must be sent to DDS for evaluation. Misuse/abuse/improper care & maintenance, improper sterilization procedures, improper bur usage, or any other action inconsistent with the manufacturers recommended operating procedures may result in a voided warranty. Warranties must be claimed within the specified warranty period. Handpieces serviced under warranty must have been serviced only by DDS. Items under warranty will be evaluated and corrected at no charge provided that the failure was not due to a flagrant misuse or abuse. During the warranty period if the used autochuck assembly on a repaired turbine fails, a new turbine will be required. Customers will be billed a pro-rated price for the new turbine if the bearings are still under warranty. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Only UPS shipments are insured for $100. Additional insurance provided on request for an additional fee.
